Purpose: 

The purpose of the Genius Motivation program is to provide Esports players with comprehensive cognitive and mental health training on impulse control and emotional regulation, equipping them with the necessary skills to manage emotions, maintain focus, and achieve peak performance. By cultivating a positive mindset and teaching effective strategies for stress management and resilience, our program aims to empower players to become confident, adaptable, self aware, and successful in the fast-paced world of competitive gaming and in life.

We are a therapeutic cognitive Esports program dedicated to providing players with the necessary tools and knowledge to master attitude control. Our goal is to empower individuals to elevate their performance, not only in the virtual realm but also in all aspects of life.

We have begun our initial pilot sessions, and the exciting news is that more dates will be available soon for this new Esports program, providing additional opportunities for participants to join and engage in this innovative initiative.

Blacks In Technology Esports Tournaments with full support from Strokes of Genius, LLC.

Strokes of Genius currently has been hosting Esports tournaments and workshops in collaboration with the R.E.S.E.T. Team and Roanoke City Parks at Recreation at their Esports Lab. Due to the fast grow, Strokes of Genius has now began working with Blacks in Technology to host monthly tournaments and workshops that aim to engage a wider community of gamers and technology enthusiasts. This collaboration has brought forth an exciting expansion in the range of expertise and diversity of participation, allowing for an even more enriching and inclusive Esports experience.
